Plank 4. No Foreign Law:

No foreign law, contract, or judgment arising from any foreign state whose laws violate fundamental constitutional rights shall be honored or enforced by any Texas court.

Add (a):

All political forms used for candidate filings in the state of Texas shall be amended to include the following wording in the Oath that presently ends with “and of the State of Texas” to “and swear I do not have any allegiance to, or adhere to any other form of government other than that of a republic, nor embrace any form of government other than a republic. “
