Defeating the Globalist Agenda: We recognize that we are living in a time of geopolitical upheaval and unprecedented complexity of threats to our liberties, constitutional governance, and national sovereignty. These threats emanate from “globalist” agents both within and outside our borders. The United States is a sovereign nation founded on the principles of freedom. We reject any assertion of authority over our nation or its citizens from foreign individuals or entities, such as the World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, and the United Nations. We stand firmly against the concept of a One World Government or The Great Reset.

Plank 244. (a) calls upon the Texas Legislature, the Governor, the Attorney General, and all Texas courts to prohibit the recognition, enforcement, or application of Shaira law in Texas in any governmental, judicial, administrative, or quasi-judicial form whenever such law, code, ruling, standard, contract provision, arbitration outcome, or policy would conflict with, diminish, or bypass rights secured by the United States Constitution or the Texas constitution. Texas opposes the creation, recognition, or toleration of any substitute or parallel legal system in Texas, whether styled as foreign law, religious law, customary law, tribunal practice, or private adjudicatory standard, that purports to govern civil matters in a way inconsistent with constitutional guarantees
