237. Non-citizen Deportation Plank for Violent Protest or Riot
The State of Texas shall enforce strict deportation procedures for any non-citizen, including those on work or student visas, who are arrested for participating in a violent protest or riot. Upon arrest, these individuals shall be immediately processed for deportation to their country of origin. Those deported under this policy will be permanently classified as “inadmissible,” forever banning them from reentering the United States. Additionally, non-citizen students arrested for such activities will be expelled from their educational institutions without refunds and processed for deportation as described.
