Be it Resolved,
that the Republican Party of Texas acknowledges that the use of Google Earth and drones by local community planning departments as well as city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment of the  US Constitution and shall support legislation intended to secure the rights of citizens by including their yard space and a reasonable amount of air space as a part of their one that will be protected from any search using Google Earth or any other electronic surveillance equipment without due process as outlined in the Fourth Amendments of the US Constitution, and
that the Republican Party of Texas acknowledges that the use of Google Earth and drones has become more than a hobby for enthusiasts and accessibility has become so wide spread that they can now be used to easily watch homeowners and/or their children even when they believe they have a reasonable expectation of privacy and shall support legislation that will secure the rights of citizens’ privacy in their homes and yards by declaring a reasonable amount of the air space tending over their property, including yard spaces, will be protected from the use of privately owned drones as well as any other privately owned surveillance equipment and making such violations a criminal offense
